This agreement is between: Malva Gasowski and you as the Client whereby the Coach agrees to provide Coaching Services agreed upon by you the client.
What is a Coaching Agreement?
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking, supportive and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their knowledge, skills and actionable step to implement positive parenting ethos in their family.
What are each parties responsible for in this agreement?
1. Coach agrees to maintain the Code of Ethics and standards of behavior for coaches.
2. Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results for themselves and their families. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
3. Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider and the client may need to have a referral letter from their health care provider.
4. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the coaching program.
Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds. Please shop mindfully and wisely prior to booking a session or purchasing a product from me.
All payments for services one-on-one with Malva are 100% non-refundable once paid. I strive to help my clients. Should there be anything I can do for you to be happy with my service, please feel free to let me know.
Need to Reschedule?
Scheduled Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours. Sessions fees are forfeited and non-transferable to rescheduled dates when cancelled within the 48 hour window before an individual session’s scheduled start time. Should you cancel before the 48h period or not show up for your appointment the coaching fee is not refundable.
To help you enjoy online coaching sessions please make sure you are familiar with zoom and that your camera and mic are working.
If you happen to be late please understand your appointment cannot be extended beyond the time allotted for you.

All the information shared with Malva prior, during or after the coaching call is considered extremely private and personal, thus, your information is kept completely confidential.
